It was a fairly nice stay, nice place. It was a particularly good location for us, just off the cafe across the road called The Crib where food and service were excellent, Branxton for a family gathering on a Saturday night and the annual Opera in the Vineyard at Wyndham Estate.

What a great hotel! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel's location was ideal. It was close to the area's business centers and had easy access to transportation. I also appreciated the friendly service and the thoughtful touches, like the fresh milk provided in the room.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved. For instance, I would have liked complimentary toiletries to be more comprehensive and replacing empty ones each day.

The location of the motel is convenient, as it is next to shops and a short drive to Hunter Valley wineries. the owners are friendly. the room is old and tired. the bathroom is not clean and the bed is very uncomfortable. the blankets in the cupboard are hard, and the toilet does not flush every time. this motel is not worth the cost and requires refurbishment.
The cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement.

The motel's room was tidy and comfortable. It had good lighting and a clean and modern bathroom. the location was great, near a supermarket and the staff was friendly and attentive, providing fresh milk on arrival.
The lack of service was disappointing. the room was not restocked during the stay, and we had to purchase our own supplies for tea and coffee.
